Multi Edit Date and Time Period in Job Setup

SwimOffice Admin - Webmaster and above

If you need to do a multi edit to your date/time period in your Job Setup Module please follow these steps:

  1. Login as Webmaster or above
  2. Go to your Events Tab (it may be labeled differently)
  3. Select your Job Signup Button to access the Admin functionality
  4. Go to your Setup Event Jobs Tab
  5. Once you have your jobs showing (either adding manually or Copy & Append from Other Event)
  6. Place a check mark to the left of the Time Periods Setup Column Header to select all or manually place a check mark next to the time periods you would like to adjust.

  7. Select the Button, 'Edit Time Period'
  8. Use the Calendar picker to select your new From and To Date
  9. Type in your time period. NOTE: you must use a leading zero on times such as 08:00AM.
  10. Select Save Changes
