Your password to log in to both OnDeck and your Team's SwimOffice website is the same. If you can’t remember it at all, you can reset it as follows.
- Go to your Team's SwimOffice website and click Sign In.
- Click the Forgot password? link below the Email and Password fields.
- Enter your login email address and click Submit, then click Done. This will send a Password Assistance email to that address, but only IF there is account with that email as the primary login address.
- Check your email inbox for that email and click the link within it.
- Type your desired password in the two fields and click Change Password.
- You should now be able to sign in to OnDeck or SwimOffice with your changed password.
