Admin Level - Superuser
Follow these steps to have your team branded URL show in email footers.
- Go to Team Profile.
- Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Team Profile.
- New CMS users: In the side menu click Business Tools > Team Profile & Settings.
- Update the *Domain Field below this wording: “This feature allows you to use your custom domain name in the footer of your email messages sent from the TeamUnify system. This will appear as a live link in the email footer. If your domain is not pointed at your TeamUnify site, then users that click the link will be directed to somewhere other than your TeamUnify site.”
*If you are not yet live yet (this means we have not pointed your domain name to your TeamUnify site) or you are linking (meaning that people access your site by clicking a link from another site) please do not update this field. Leave this with your default domain name which is the URL: www.teamunify.com/youralias. If you place a domain name into that field that does not directly link to your TeamUnify site, this can cause other issues throughout your site.
