When logged in members use the Member Search option at the top of the screen they are able to find other account’s information for contact purposes.
To opt in or out an account can log in, go to My Account > My Account and change the Member Search drop down to Yes-I want to participate or No-I do not want to participate and Save Changes.
A Super User can do a bulk switch with the following steps.
- Go to Team Admin > Account/Member Admin
- Custom Filter > Status > Active
- Select everyone
- Click Edit > Multi-Edit
- Click Change “Member Search” option check box
- Select desired option from drop down
- Click Save Changes for ALL accounts listed NOW
