Service Hours Process utilizing the Service Hours Admin and Event features
- Utilizing Service Hours Admin yearly obligation is created per account
- Job Signup is created via Event Edit and Event Job Setup
- Accounts sign up for jobs with a defined “Time Period”
- Volunteer Admin (or equivalent) will utilize the Event Job Done Confirmation to confirm hours were worked
- Event Job Done Confirmation will populate the “Worked” column in the Service Hours Admin and reconcile against the defined “Yearly Obligation”
- At the end of the Fiscal Year (defined by a billing month) the Service hour “Balance” remainder will be charged to the individual accounts using the billing system. This is defined in the Service Hours System Setup.
