Why can't I adjust/add Service Hours?

Why can’t I adjust/add Service Hours?

If you have already set the obligation for Service Hours remember you have to manually set the new accounts with an obligation before you can add hours to their account.

  1. Go to Service Hours Admin
  2. Obligation and Hours worked
  3. Put a check mark next to those accounts with a zero obligation
  4. Hit Multi-Reset Obligation to the hours required
  5. Save Changes
  6. Apply worked hours
