If your LSC has told you the USA registration information is incorrect or incomplete -
This information comes directly from your account member database.
To confirm your data is correct:
- Please go to Member Admin.
- Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Account/Member Admin > Members tab.
- New CMS users: In the side menu click Team Tools > Members.
- Select all by placing a check mark to the left of the column header “Member Name”.
- Select the button Excel and confirm that all data is up to date and complete.
- Once you have updated the information please resend the USA registration package to your LSC.
