How can I set up a text messaging for my team alerts/Twitter?

  1. If you would like to set up text messaging alert system - Our first recommendation is to use our mobile App OnDeck  or another option

  1. Go to
  2. Once on the site click the “Create an Account Join”
  3. Under Full Name, User name enter your Team name
  4. Finish sign up
  5. Once this is done you can choose settings and create profile
  6. Once you have these correct you can have your swim members come and sign up to follow your twitter. If they setup devices in there settings page they will receive a SMS text message of your post on twitter.
  7. You can also create a RSS feed of your Twitter page that you can embed in your TU site.Here is how
  8. Click on the RSS feed on the right hand side of your screen.
  9. Click on the url code for feed and follow the below steps on creating a Feed.

To add an RSS feed do the following:

  1. Go to RSS feed and copy the URL/Shortcut
  2. Go to (this is an RSS Aggregator)
  3. Paste your URL/Shortcut into the feed
  4. Design your Feed
  5. Select Publish
  6. Copy your code
  7. Go to your TeamUnify site
  8. Select the Tab/page you want to add this to.
  9. Hit Edit
  10. Select the Source button in the upper left of the editor
  11. Paste your code
  12. Select Save Changes
