UK Meet Results: Age Up in Time Standards and Time Reports
SwimOffice Admin - Email/Print/Calendar
As you likely know, ASA sets an age up date of Dec. 31 for all meets. To facilitate this, an age up date can be set in all time standards, and it's automatically applied when using in top time reports.
Set up a time standard
- In the side menu click Team Admin > Time Reports.
- Click Standards Setup tab.
- Click Add New.
- Note you can select an Age Up Date, which should always be Dec. 31 of the current year, per ASA rules.
- See add a new time standard for the rest of the steps.
Apply to time reports
- In the side menu click Team Admin > Time Reports.
- As an example, click Top Times By Events.
- Click the Standard drop down menu in the lower left and pick a standard. The age up date is listed with each one.
- Notice the Age up Date in the upper right automatically fills in with the date from the standard.
- Athletes' times will be compared against cut for the age they will be on that age up date. For example, if Chris achieved a time at age 12, but will be 13 on 31/12/2016, his time will be compared against the 13-14 cut.
- See the below links for running the reports.
