SwimOffice Admin - Super User
To view the billing history (aging report) for an account, follow these steps.
- Go to Billing Admin > Invoices & Payments
- Search for desired account(s)
- Click the [History] link under the "Acct Balance" column
- Enter the date range for which you would like to view their history. TU recommends always leaving the Beginning Date blank and setting the Ending Date to today's date because it ensures a complete history and, more importantly, that the balances are correct
- Click Search
