Why can't I enter my email address in for a new account?

When creating a new account if you get the following it means you have this same account/email in your database (possible cancelled/hidden, suspended, or contact request status)
- Select the 'here' to bring you to the duplicate account
- Update the necessary status's to make it the current, active account.
a. Usually this means updating the Account Status to 'Active'
- Save Changes
- Don't forget to send the user their login/password email
NOTE - The other account you were trying to create is automatically erased (not created)
