How do I reset service obligation hours?

To reset Service Hours obligations:

  1. Sign in
  2. Go to Billing Admin > Service Hours Admin
  3. Set your filters and click Search, or click the Display ALL button
  4. From here select the desired account(s) and click the Multi-Reset Yearly Obligation button
  5. From this screen you can reset obligation hours for the selected accounts by filling in the Hours box
  6. Click Save Changes for All Accounts listed NOW!
