Communication: Send SMS text from the SwimOffice website

Admin - Email/Print/Calendar

To send SMS/Text to VERIFIED numbers do the following (your accounts will verify their own number for SMS functionality),
  1. Go to Account or Member Admin.
    1. Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Account/Member Admin. Stay on Accounts tab or click Members tab.
    2. New CMS users: In the side menu click Team Tools > Accounts or Team Tools > Members tab.
  2. Click Customize Filters.
  3. Click Has Valid SMS on left, Yes on right, Done.
  4. Select one, many, or all accounts in view.
  5. Click Communicate > Send SMS.
  6. Enter in your message and click Send.
