When creating a new account if you get the error "An account already exists with that login email" it means you have this same account/email in your database (possibly cancelled/hidden, suspended, or contact request status).
- Click anywhere on the error message to bring you to the duplicate account.
- Update the Account Status to Active if needed.
- Click Save.
- Click Email Login Instructions, then click it again so they can set their password.
NOTE - The account you tried to create is automatically erased (not created).__________
