If you recently had live results and Meet Manager is now giving you this error please do the following.
- Sign in to your TU SwimOffice website
- Go to Team Profile.
- Chameleon users: In the side menu click Team Admin > Team Profile.
- New CMS users: In the side menu click Business Tools > Team Profile & Settings.
- Enter your FTP Password for Live Results (see below screen shot) and enter it again in the "Confirm" field. This can be any ALPHANUMERIC password. Please make a note as you will place this into your MM login/password for live results.
- Click Save Changes
