Splitting the TeamUnify online donor processing fee with donors in a fundraising event

Admin Level: Super User

If you would like to split the online TeamUnify donor processing fee for a fundraising event please follow the steps below

  1. Sign in
  2. Click on the TUMoney tab
  3. Click on the Event Fundraising Admin 
  4. Click on the name of the event you would like to split the processing fee
  5. Scroll down to the Donation Level Setup area, a new blank field next to the Donor $ will allow admins to split the amount paid by the donor (up to 3.95). Important note: teams will still be charged the full fee associated with the event, they will simply be taking in more or less depending on how much they have decided to pass on the the donor.
  6. Save changes
