Why can't I enter my email address in for a new account?

SwimOffice Admin - SuperUser Admin 


When creating a new account if you get the following it means you have this same account/email in your database (possible cancelled/hidden, suspended, or contact request status)




  1. Select the 'here' to bring you to the duplicate account
  2. Update the necessary status's to make it the current, active account.
    a.    Usually this means updating the Account Status to 'Active'
  3. Save Changes
  4. Don't forget to send the user their login/password email
    NOTE - The other account you were trying to create is automatically erased (not created)
